Really though, I value Gail much more as a friend than a realtor. Her great strength is that she treats you as friend and watches out that you don’t get pushed or rushed into something that would later not be best for you.

In several transactions, Gail assisted by pointing out the positives and negatives so that we would not be caught in a bad situation.

When we needed to find a house for our family, she researched our needs and then researched houses that would work for us. When we brought Mother into the home, and also brought in a full time care-giver, Gail assisted us in finding another house that fit our needs. Then she assisted us in selling the former one.

She showed us how to prepare our home for sale and, in only one day on the market, we had an acceptable offer--above list price! Gail also assisted our two daughters and families in finding their homes.
