Gail Quigley

Gail wasn’t born in Texas—but, as the bumper sticker says—she got here as quickly as she could! Arriving in Texas when her husband accepted a contract with IBM in 1990, she immediately fell in love with Austin, the surrounding hill country, and especially with the friendly people of central Texas!

Gail first became involved in the real estate field as an investor. She has been buying, selling, leasing and successfully managing her own properties for over forty years—and presently assists multiple investor clients to procure and lease properties in Austin, Round Rock and Cedar Park. Gail became licensed as a REALTOR® and as a real estate broker, so she could help other buyers and sellers by sharing the knowledge and personal experience that she’s gained through her many years in the real estate business!

GAIL QUIGLEY, ABR, CRS, GRI, SFR, TAHS* has always enjoyed helping people. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Gail worked in the medical research field, hoping to help patients with diseases such as cancer, diabetes and HIV.  It was here that she learned to be detail-oriented—a trait that she uses to keep track of the many details in each real estate transaction.

Gail also worked with families and infants in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit as a Registered Nurse.  She has always enjoyed giving back to the community.  One of her volunteer nursing assignments has been at Royal Family Kids’ Camp—a camp for abused and/or neglected children who have been removed from their biological families and placed into foster care.

Gail currently volunteers at the Pointe, a local assisted living facility.
