Gail became a landlord over forty years ago when she inherited a small vacation property from a family member.  With absolutely no experience, she sought advice and assistance from a REALTOR ® who was familiar with the market local to the property.  Thus began a long—and continuing—education on how to profit as a real estate investor!

After selling this first property and moving to Texas, Gail purchased another investment property—and then another.... Eventually, she began to get the feeling that the agent she was working with wasn’t doing the best job possible, which led to Gail’s enrollment in classes to become a real estate agent.

Gail was licensed in 1998, essentially so that she could handle her own rental properties.  But she soon realized how much she enjoyed helping others buy, sell and lease their properties.  The rest is history.
